Our opening Hours:

Shop: Monday-Friday 10:30am-5:30pm

Customer Service: Monday-Friday 10:00am-5pm

Christmas Closure - 18th December 2023 to Monday 8th January 2024. Any orders placed during this period will be fulfilled when the shop reopens.

Delivery

International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges, The Union Shop is not liable for these charges. If the recipient refuses to pay charges a refund will not be issued. Please note if you require tracking for your order please email: shop@kclsu.org

Click & Collect

Customers who have selected Click and Collect will receive an email once the order is ready for collection. Please note during busy periods orders may take up to 5 days. Items are held for 14 days, after this period a refund will be automatically issued.

Returns

You may return full price items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, items must be in unworn condition and labels attached. You may also return sale items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, items must be in unworn condition and labels attached.

For bundle deal orders, you have 14 days to claim a full refund. All items that are part of the bundle must be returned. Individual items will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to place a new order. Return postal fee is buyers’ responsibility. Unless the return is for a faulty or incorrect item
