Delivery

Please note all international shipping is temporarily suspended as we implement new shipping channels. 

International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges, The Union Shop is not liable for these charges. If the recipient refuses to pay charges a refund will not be issued. If an order is 'Returned to Sender' due to failure to collect or incorrect address, please note postage will not be refunded. It can take up to 7 working days to dispatch your order. If you require tracking for your order please email: shop@kclsu.org

All shipping via Royal Mail and Parcel Force. UK shipping 4-7 working days. International 10-23 working days. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Last shipping dates to secure your item for Christmas is 16.12.2025. Any orders placed after this time will ship when the store reopens on 05.01.2026.

Please note European shipping is temporarily suspended due to new GPSR regulations.

Please note shipping to the USA is temporarily suspended as we look to navigate the new tariffs imposed on 29.08.2025

Click & Collect

Customers who have selected Click and Collect will receive an email once the order is ready for collection. Please note during busy periods orders may take up to 5-7 working days. Items are held for 14 days, after this period a refund will be automatically issued.

Returns

You may return full price items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, items must be in unworn condition and labels attached. You may also return sale and Black Friday within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, items must be in unworn condition and labels attached.

Please note all items included in a Bundle discount must be returned to claim a refund, individual items will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to place a new order. Return postal fee is buyers’ responsibility. Unless the return is for a faulty or incorrect item. Please be sure to include your name and order number in all returns.
